As the name suggests this startup is aiming to provide travel solutions in Karachi through the use of rickshaws. Go Rickshaw offers enticing features to Karachiites which includes easy pricing, trusted drivers and tracked journey. The entire journey is tracked which can be monitored by the user through the app. In the case of an emergency, there is a security detail available along with roadside assistance. If the case is of rickshaw breakdown then a backup rickshaw will also be available.

The best thing about this startup is that it has been launched by a group of entrepreneurship students. With the mission to positively impact commuter satisfaction and increase the prospects of a better livelihood for the rickshaw drivers, Shahi Sawari is providing rickshaw service in Lahore. They offer 24/7 customer service and reasonable prices to their users.

  1. Uber

The American multinational online transportation network company has finally launched its operations into Pakistan. It is currently operating in Lahore only. Although globally the transport giant accepts payments through credit cards, in Pakistan,keeping in mind with the security situation, they have decided to allow customers to pay in cash. Customers are also offered the option of carpooling to help save cash.
